Job Summary
Lead Property Maintenance Technician responsible for end-to-end hands-on maintenance and field operations. Own the quality of daily field work and the mechanical side of the operation, coach a Junior Technician, and represent HomeSmiles professionally. Drive to customer locations, manage appointments, perform power/soft washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, and dryer vent cleaning, document completed work on a company tablet, and maintain equipment and the service van. Lead by example on job sites, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to a clear path to broader leadership as the Northwest Ohio launch grows. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on mechanical or skilled-trades experience, a customer-focused approach, problem-solving mindset, and growth-oriented attitude. Weekdays only, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week; includes bonuses and a company-provided van and equipment.

- 5+ years hands-on mechanical/equipment maintenance or skilled trades experience
