Job Summary
Develop and maintain schedules for assigned EPC projects by verifying activity records, WBS structures, and associated data. Evaluate work packages for implementation feasibility and modify schedules to efficiently plan and report activities. Analyze project requirements to ensure resources are available, notifying supervisors of shortages, and prepare standard reports reflecting accurate status and corrective actions. Explain schedule variances to project developers and managers to understand project outlooks. Coordinate with internal and external customers to communicate status and corrective actions, acting as a delegate for the Scheduling Manager when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience
- Experience in solar project development and/or construction
- Experience in O&G, Utility, Renewable, or pure Construction industries
- Ability to apply scheduling techniques using scheduling software
- Ability to perform scheduling analysis
- Ability to lead others in developing schedules and plans
- Solid understanding of commercial scheduling software like Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of MS Project
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Word
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
