Lead end-to-end project/program management initiatives for AI strategy and AI-enabled solutions within AT&T's Customer Care Operations Support, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing data dependencies, risks, and stakeholders, defining multi-year roadmaps, ensuring delivery of governance for AI initiatives, and mentoring staff while partnering with Operations, Product, Data, and Technology to embed AI capabilities into core business processes. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive transformation, optimize operational performance, and deliver complex projects that leverage AI agents, machine learning models, and intelligent automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 5+ years of related program/project management experience from an e-Commerce perspective
