Job Summary
Lead Project Planner responsible for developing integrated master schedules in Microsoft Project for large, complex, high-risk projects; coordinates schedule development with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, field operations, and commissioning; performs advanced schedule analysis (critical path, scenario modeling, float trend, recovery planning), supports risk management and mitigation, creates executive schedule health updates and milestone forecasts, and mentors junior planners while driving consistency in scheduling practices and templates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Typically 8–12 years of planning/scheduling experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of integrated project delivery across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning
- Demonstrated ability to lead schedule strategy and support Project Managers in high-pressure execution environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
