Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of events by planning delivery schedules and owning the full event life cycle from pre-sales handover to post-event closure. Liaise between clients and development hubs to set expectations, prioritize operations, and ensure quality delivery while chairing project management team meetings. Provide on-site leadership by building team motivation, working with development and set-up teams to meet customization requests, and procuring resources within planned time frames. Report on success criteria, metrics, and risks to stakeholders, conduct post-event calls for feedback, and coach the project and program team to drive renewals and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional team
- Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
