Job Summary
Lead Project Manager for the DOJ Automated Litigation Support Lab, responsible for coordinating and executing eDiscovery tasks including collection, processing, hosting, review, and production of ESI and hard-copy material to support DOJ investigations and litigation. Manages six to ten moderately active cases, utilizes Relativity and related tools (CAL, TAR), designs and implements workflows from collection through production, develops budgets and LOE projections, and ensures data integrity via standard chain-of-custody procedures. Leads consulting with legal teams, leads a team of at least four senior technical staff, conducts client-focused training, and delivers summary reports and SOPs to internal and external stakeholders. Requires DMV-area presence with in-office collaboration several times per week; MRPT credentialing and US citizenship are prerequisites for this location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) facility credentials/authorization
- US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical field
- Advanced degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is desirable
- At least four (4) years of experience in an eDiscovery position exhibiting progressively more responsible experience in major litigation support projects
- At least three (3) years of in-depth, hands-on experience using Relativity/RelOne is required
- Requires knowledge of litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Need to be proactive, organized and detail oriented
- Must be willing to work on a flexible or dead-line driven schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT credentials/authorization; US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization
- Experience with Relativity/RelOne, TAR, CAL; experience with IPRO, Everlaw, Concordance, LiveNote, Sanctions, and Trial Director is preferred
