Job Summary
Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, managing outsourced engineering contracts to ensure SQDC targets, cost efficiency, and compliance with GridBeatsTM commitments. Write and follow up Statements of Work, define integrated project plans, and track performance via KPIs and operational reviews. Act as primary interface between R&D, Product Line, Operations, and leadership, delivering transparent, data-driven communication while influencing stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities. Lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments, drive structured problem-solving for risk mitigation, and optimize project financials through budget forecasting and cost discipline. Contribute to PMO best practices, capture lessons learned, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid schedule (4 days on location, 1 day off location); salary range $96,900–$145,400 CAD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in project management

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management
- Proven experience delivering complex R&D or product development projects
- Prior experience working with multidisciplinary environments (embedded software, hardware, systems engineering)
- PMP or equivalent certification

- Systems thinker and proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset
