Job Summary
Manage outsourced engineering contracts from initiation to delivery, ensuring SQDC targets, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance. Write and follow up Statements of Work with vendors while defining integrated project plans and tracking performance via KPIs and dashboards. Act as the primary interface between R&D, Product Line, and leadership, delivering transparent communication and driving data-backed decisions. Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, proactively mitigate risks, and optimize project financials. Hybrid schedule (4 days on location, 1 day off) in Markham, ON. Salary $96,900–$145,400 CAD with 10% discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in project management
- Opportunity is designated for Markham, ON (Canada)

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management
- Proven experience delivering complex R&D or product development projects
- Prior experience working with multidisciplinary environments (embedded software, hardware, systems engineering)
- PMP or equivalent certification

- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Systems thinker and proactive problem-solver with continuous improvement mindset
