Job Summary
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to agreed deadlines and within the client's budget. Coordinate resources and efforts of consultants and third-party contractors to deliver projects on plan or apply strong change control management as required. Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the life cycle while establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the client. Ensure projects are executed in line with all contractual obligations in a professional, cost-effective, and timely manner. Produce and maintain project plans, manage staff and resources, and establish project governance adhering to Finastra PM methodology. Direct projects from beginning to end, define goals in collaboration with senior management, and identify and resolve conflicts within the project team. Manage project dependencies and critical path. Fluent in Arabic with 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience
- Experience in both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Experience with project management techniques and tools
- Customer driven and have the ability to work within a team environment
- Direct work experience in a project management capacity
- Previous experience successfully leading large scale innovation, growth and continuous improvement projects in a service environment
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic; native-level proficiency is highly preferred
- Experience must be with customer-facing projects and not internal to the organization
