Job Summary
Lead cross-functional global teams to drive development and implementation of software solutions for Nasdaq's Corporate Finance Systems. Manage BAU operations, post-production support, and critical project activities including budget estimation, timeline planning, and test execution. Establish and coach new Scrum teams while enforcing agile standards through stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Participate in design and functional specification reviews, lead code reviews, and proactively resolve issues to ensure delivery of enhancements and rearchitected enterprise products. Provide executive-level status updates and metrics to stakeholders. Work with subject matter authorities to deliver top technology solutions for finance processes and operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10-12 years of Agile Scrum Master & project management experience
- deep expertise in JIRA
- Knowledge of finance organization processes, including Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL accounting, Consolidations, and Planning & Forecasting
- Expertise overseeing and managing ERP Finance (such as Workday Financial module implementations and integrations) and/or EPM systems (such as Anaplan, OneStream) and related integrations
- Experience working in multinational, multi-geographic companies and organizations
- Bachelor/Master in computer science or other engineering fields or equivalent degrees in Finance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building up Agile Scrum teams from the ground up
- Agile Scrum Master certification
- Managing ERP Finance (preferably Workday's Finance modules) projects and/or EPM/FP&A applications (such as Anaplan, OneStream) projects
- Proficiency in executive-level presentation skills
