Lead Project Manager - Close Out

Lead Project Manager for Close-Out and Warranty within GE Vernova’s Grid Systems Integration in North America. Responsible for implementing and maintaining Close-Out (COT) and Warranty processes and tools, monitoring warranty obligations for the NAM portfolio (AC solutions, FACTS, HVDC) and managing all close-out activities for major projects. Oversees governance of close-out and warranty, budgets, staffing plans, EHS, LEAN, and quality initiatives; drives RCA and lessons learned, and coordinates across regional PMO, risk, PMO, and project control functions. Requires an Electrical Engineering or Engineering degree with at least 10 years of project management experience in the power sector, is bilingual in French and English, and willing to travel ~15% including international assignments. The role emphasizes training, process improvements, governance, and successful handover from construction to post-commissioning obligations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
