Job Summary
Lead large-scale, complex deployments as the primary single point of contact for external and internal customers, managing implementation from team formation through post-implementation analysis. Plan, organize, and execute activities while analyzing schedules, developing status reports, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion within scope, timing, and budget. Assess risks, manage resource allocation, and negotiate due dates to maintain profitability and meet customer requirements. Act as the customer-facing leader, identifying sales opportunities, defining KPIs, and ensuring adherence to policies and processes. This remote role supports Lumen's AI-powered fiber network ecosystem, requiring judgment to make business decisions that impact project outcomes and customer success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Implementation experience with multiple of the following technologies: DWDM, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice (PRI, SIP, Porting, etc.), Security, SD WAN, Managed Enterprise Services, Meraki
- Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 Certification
- 6+ years in project management experience
Desired Qualifications
