Job Summary
Lead Project Manager for a site in Laurel, MD, acting as the designated project/site lead for construction efforts on a large government project, coordinating with COR and Government stakeholders, directing the project team, reviewing design and construction submittals, preparing change orders and statements of work, and ensuring conformance with contract requirements. Requires on-site leadership, ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural drawings, strong communication, and extensive PM experience on large construction projects; US citizenship and Secret clearance required. PMP certification is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Current Secret clearance required before employment
- Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience on commercial or Government construction projects required
