Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation and operational programs in the banking domain, owning program governance (SteerCo, reporting, risk management) and delivering on time, budget, and quality. Independently influence senior business and technology leadership, drive hands-on delivery with engineering and architecture teams, and establish robust delivery frameworks while mentoring teams to foster high-performance delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or operations programs in a hands-on delivery role
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with technology teams
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle senior stakeholders with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience owning governance, SteerCos, and executive reporting end-to-end
- Strong people leadership and team management experience
- Track record of single-handedly leading complex initiatives, with full accountability for delivery outcomes
- Certifications in Agile, Project Management (PMP, Prince2)
- HSBC experience is highly preferred
