Lead Project Engineers - SURF and Construction

Job Summary
Lead and deliver complex subsea projects from planning through offshore execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results. Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary onshore and offshore teams to meet service line targets. Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with regulatory requirements and DOF's high standards. Prepare task plans, procedures, and other engineering deliverables as required by project needs. Mentor junior engineers, enhance HSE practices, and contribute to smarter, safer project execution. Work on diverse scope of work including mobilisation, riser replacement, and installation of small template structures across Atlantic Region SURF and Construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's degree)
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in marine operations
- Experience with installation analyses
- Experience from SURF and Construction engineering and development for marine- and subsea operations
- Knowledge within SURF and Construction installation vessels, deployment spreads, intervention tools, lifting and connection aids
- Candidates should be capable of leading and contributing effectively within project teams, as well as working independently in dynamic project environments to deliver projects
- Able to lead and achieve work in project teams, and work independently in dynamic project environments, delivering fast-track projects
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language for specific positions
- Applicant must reside within commuting distance to Bergen or Haugesund or plan to relocate to Oslo
- Security suitability assessment clearance (affiliation to high-risk countries)
