Job Summary
Lead full product development cycles for forklift and telehandler products, manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, drive mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical design and testing, oversee BOMs and ERP integration, perform DFMEA/PPAP/VAVE/6S quality initiatives, and mentor engineers while collaborating with vendors and executive management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Engineering degree with emphasis in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
- Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license
- 7–10 years of progressive engineering experience
- Must be eligible and able to travel to the United States occasionally for business purposes.
