Lead Project Engineer – Offshore Island Project

Coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary engineering activities during the execute phase of offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring deliverables align with technical requirements, schedule, and cost targets. Act as the focal point between engineering disciplines, project management, and contractors to manage interfaces with ADNOC Offshore, EPC vendors, and third-party stakeholders. Monitor progress and quality across process, piping, structural, and electrical disciplines while supporting the Project Manager in schedule development, risk identification, and change management. Review engineering documents, design philosophies, and technical reports to ensure compliance with client standards and international codes. Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and constructability reviews to promote safe design principles and address interface challenges.
