Job Summary
Lead, Project Engineer responsible for program technical performance across integrated engineering functions, interface with customers, manage schedule and budget, coordinate with functional managers, and ensure compliance through EV reporting; requires DoD security clearance and ability to travel; emphasis on ELINT/COMINT, ISR mission systems, and leadership of IPTs with extensive technical and program-management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- minimum of nine (9) years of prior relevant experience; graduate degree with seven (7) years preferred
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, ability to maintain clearance, U.S. Citizenship
- Experience in ELINT on Airborne ISR platforms
- Experience in COMINT on Airborne ISR platforms
- Experience in Airworthiness on Airborne ISR platforms
- Program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope,budget, and schedule
- Bidding and Proposals experience with material and production estimating
- Mission System Installation on Airborne Platforms
- Design, Development and Test efforts
- Leadership Skills (IPT Leader and/or Functional Management)
- Executive Level Interaction and Customer/stakeholder communication
- Security clearance process eligibility
