Job Summary
Conduct component and product integration activities to maximize performance and operability across multiple systems. Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow-down processes while driving validation and verification activities including system-level testing. Define product requirements for module, component, and subcontractor teams and manage interfaces between components and execution organizations. Lead small projects with low risk, drive CTQ and risk trades within design teams, and oversee the overall product configuration and control system. Provide direct people management including staffing and performance development, acting as a resource for colleagues and facilitating consensus around technical topics.
Required Qualifications
- advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma with relevant experience
- 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
