Job Summary
Lead customer-facing water treatment projects from concept development through post-installation support, developing engineered solutions and creating technical documentation including 3D models, P&IDs, and fabrication instructions. Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and Procurement to deliver cost-effective solutions while managing scope, schedules, and project costs. Coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor risks, and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation. Requires four days on-site with up to 25% travel. As the world's leading water experts, we deliver high-quality filtration products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- 5-10 years of industry-specific experience in capital equipment design, project management, industrial engineering in hydronics or water treatment applications
- Strong foundation in process modeling, hydraulics, and engineering fundamentals
- High level of CAD proficiency
