Lead Project Engineer Control Systems - Americas

Senior Project Engineer – Control Systems serves as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned projects, leading coordination of engineering and technology resources to deliver high-quality, customer-specific control system solutions. Responsible for overseeing, designing and executing technical solutions from concept through manufacturing and commissioning, with direct customer engagement and potential system startup at domestic and international sites. Provides engineering oversight for retrofit control systems, ensures compliance with customer requirements, and drives project delivery metrics (OTD, FPY). Mentors team members, coordinates with project planners, and supports interface to existing turbine control equipment while facilitating factory acceptance testing and commissioning. Up to 15% travel may be required; relocation assistance available; offers a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.
