Lead Project Controls Specialist

Job Summary
Execute project support, work planning, and scheduling services while managing project cost controls. Develop reports communicating department work plans across near, mid, and long-term horizons, and create dashboards and program reports. Establish Resource and Cost Management protocols, including Work Breakdown and Organizational Breakdown Structures, and monitor project-specific tasks for Project Managers. Capture business requirements, disseminate accurate information, and foster team building with stakeholders and management. Requires 15+ years of scheduling and cost controls experience using MS Project or P6 Primavera, with a degree in Project Management or related field.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience with scheduling, work planning and cost controls
- Specific software experience using MS Project or P6 Primavera for scheduling and resource management
- proficient in Excel
- Cash flow forecasting
- PO tracking and oversight
- Strong communications skills
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent work experience
