Job Summary
Build tender integrated schedules and cost estimates using Primavera and cost/schedule tools. Ensure compliance with Global Standard processes, maintain registers of risks and actual costs, and validate forecast accuracy against scope and productivity factors. Communicate schedule and cost status to functional owners, drive risk mitigation, and provide transparent internal and external reporting. Collaborate with third parties on cost/schedules, support tenders, and align project budgets to as-sold figures in appropriate systems. Oversee the planning function, ensure quality of controlling reporting, and support project closeout and claims. Align with Finance Controller for data reconciliation and participate in lean optimization events.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified either in finance or may have engineering degree (with financial training)
- 5+ years planning large turnkey projects
- 2+ projects providing cost controlling on large turnkey projects
- Lead planner on 2+ turnkey projects
- Deep domain knowledge of planning and use of Primavera
- Knowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projects
- Knowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening
- Must successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable)
