Lead Project / Construction Manager (f/m/x) – EPCM Industry - Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

Job Summary
Oversee construction management for the execution and commissioning of a highly complex semiconductor manufacturing facility, assuming full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with local legal, building, and occupational safety regulations. Manage resource and capacity planning to achieve project objectives, conduct regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and interface directly with the client on-site. Continuously improve site processes, workflows, and safety culture. This role requires extensive experience in senior construction management within EPCM industrial or high-tech projects, fluent English, and a willingness to work 100% on-site in an EU neighboring country west of Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe
- 100% on-site presence required
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, Architecture or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in senior construction management roles within EPCM industrial or high‐tech projects
- Solid understanding of international contract standards (FIDIC, RIBA, HOA, AHO, VOB) and common risk management methods
- Fluent in English required
- Full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality and HSE performance during construction, installation and commissioning phases
- Compliance with local legal requirements including building and construction regulations and occupational safety regulations
- Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors
- Resource and capacity planning to achieve project objectives
- Regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders and interface for the client on-site
- Continuous improvement of site processes, workflows and safety culture
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership and conflict‐resolution skills
Desired Qualifications
- German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage
