Job Summary
Lead Program Manager in the Cyber Division responsible for a portfolio of cyber R&D programs, managing all program phases from marketing to proposal development, contract initiation to execution, and close-out, while coordinating with STR Contracts, Finance, Security, and IT teams. Will track schedule, milestones, cost, and risk; ensure successful deliveries; collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and external customers; oversee subcontractor coordination and staff planning, financial planning, recruiting, onboarding, and internal security/IT process improvements. Requires active TS security clearance and applicable DoD/IC program-management experience; includes building and maintaining customer relationships and driving program performance and delivery in a fast-paced environment. Pay range: $146,000–$205,000 full-time; locations in Woburn, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance, U.S. citizenship
- 5-7+ years of relevant work experience (depending on degree)
- Experience in project management within DoD or IC, and/or experience directly supporting program objectives (cost, schedule, technical performance)
- Experience leading technical teams on advanced R&D programs
- Bachelor's degree or higher; BS +7 years or MS +5 years as specified in posting
- Ability to obtain SCI security clearance (nice to have)
- Experience writing technical proposals or leading proposal efforts (nice to have)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience across all program phases from ideation to product development
- Working knowledge of DoD/IC acquisition processes
- Entrepreneurial spirit and engagement in technical marketing/business development
