Job Summary

Lead the planning and execution of enterprise priorities and high-visibility programs within People & Outreach, ensuring seamless integration across teams and functions. Partner with P&O teams to execute strategic planning activities, including annual goal setting, portfolio management, and progress tracking. Oversee the delivery of leadership meetings, executive forums, and strategic events while designing frameworks to improve program governance and reporting. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure transparent decision-making and track key program progress to executive leadership, implementing mitigation strategies proactively. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and best practices in program and portfolio management. This full-time, onsite role in Miami, Florida reports to the Senior Director, Business Strategy and requires no work authorization sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in program or project management, strategic planning, or business operations, preferably in a global, matrixed organization
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and executive-level communications
  • Strong background in portfolio and program governance frameworks
  • Expertise in program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools for reporting and executive decks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budgeting skills to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Strong influence and interpersonal skills to engage, align, and manage up across diverse stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for an executive audience
  • This position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida
  • This position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship
