Job Summary
Drive process automation and system enhancements for Deals Desk, Order Management, and CPQ by collaborating with Business, IT, and vendor teams. Develop Business Requirement Documents, configure Salesforce, and manage UAT testing while troubleshooting system errors and resolving Sales inquiries. Lead project timelines, establish stakeholder relationships, and implement product pricing updates to optimize quote creation processes. Utilize data analysis tools for reporting and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across APAC time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Order Management & Transformation (System Enhancement & Automation)
- Great understanding / hands-on experience of working on CPQ (any) and SFDC (CRM) enhancements
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, functions, and geographies
- Extremely strong project management skills
- Proven dexterity in working with IT teams is a must
- Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications around Agile, Scrum, PMP etc. would be a positive
- MBA Degree would be preferred
