Job Summary
Senior Lead Program Integrator responsible for integrating complex product development programs across Engineering, Product Management, external partners, and functional leaders. Develops and maintains integrated program schedules and cross-functional deliverables, identifies and escalates risks and dependencies, drives milestone readiness, and provides executive-ready communication on status and decisions. Ensures alignment with customer, quality, regulatory, and business objectives; leads small to medium-scale strategic projects; supports Agile/Scrum practices and coordination across scrum teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Significant experience leading or integrating cross-functional product development programs
- Experience with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Service, and Commercial teams
- Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience in regulated industries, medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex technology development preferred
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology and coordinating scrum teams preferred
