Job Summary
Lead Professional Inspector role seeking independent, full-time inspectors to perform home inspections and ancillary services from start to finish in East Texas and Louisiana. Responsibilities include completing inspections, attending regional conferences, mentoring, marketing collaboration, and educating real estate professionals. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, TREC licensure with willingness to license in Louisiana, valid driver’s license with clean record, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel between East Texas and Louisiana; opportunity to conduct seminars and develop relationships with area real estate agents; training and licensing for ancillary services offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school
- Completion of state requirements by an approved TREC provider
- Must be TREC licensed and willing to be licensed in the State of Louisiana
- Must comply with applicable state licensure requirements and continuing education
- Must be willing to receive ongoing training and licensing for our ancillary services that we offer
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school
- Completion of state requirements by an approved TREC provider
- Willingness to receive ongoing training and licensing for ancillary services
- Experience in Remediation, Water Damage, Trades, and/or an allied craft a plus
- Experience in writing protocols a plus
