Job Summary
Oversee inspection, labeling, and packaging operations for compounded sterile products, bulk bags, and non-sterile solutions while managing scheduling, staffing, and daily execution. Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams, coordinate with label printing to maintain inventory, and develop weekly ILP plans. Ensure proper room cleaning, equipment operation, and training of new operators, including coaching and documentation. Resolve non-routine incidents immediately and escalate supervision information regarding tardiness. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in our Bloomsbury, NJ facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
- Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Demonstrated performance with direct supervision of a team
- At least 1-year pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva will not sponsor applicants for work visas
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient with MS Office inclusive of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with basic operation of ERP systems
