Lead Production Technician - ILP 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Oversee inspection, labeling, and packaging operations for compounded sterile products and non-sterile solutions, including scheduling, staffing, and daily execution. Coordinate line support, maintain line controls, and ensure batch records and documentation are completed timely per 21CFR210 and 211 standards. Serve as a subject matter expert for team members and cross-functional project teams while conducting initial and ongoing training of new operators. Resolve non-routine incidents immediately, prepare daily departmental metrics, and ensure proper cleaning of processing rooms. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM in Sugar Land, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED from recognized institution or organization
- 1+ years' pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or labeling and/or packaging experience
- Train the trainer qualified
- Ability to work competently on all lines
- 18+ years of age
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must be able to produce a passing test result on a color perception exam
- Must be able to produce 20/20 vision with or without correction
- Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
