Job Summary
Lead Production Maintenance Technician on the night shift responsible for coordinating day-to-day plant maintenance, supervising Production Technicians, executing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring maintenance operating efficiencies, promoting safety and quality, coordinating maintenance activities with production, warehouse, and quality, providing support to site leadership, identifying training needs, and driving continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Requires technical ability with complex manufacturing equipment, ability to plan, organize, and communicate effectively, and proficiency with data-driven problem solving; role emphasizes leadership, planning, quality, safety, and reliability in a food-production environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years related experience in Mechatronics or a food grade facility
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
