Lead - Production

Set up production lines with guards in place, verify material availability, and account for yield variances. Conduct all work requirements per company policies, enforce proper PPE and GMP practices, and hold employees accountable for violations. Train new and transitioning employees on line positions and Job Safety Analyses, notify maintenance and QA of issues, and complete required paperwork. Maintain a clean work area, ensure timely changeovers, and report unsafe conditions immediately. Work safely in a plant environment performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours outside regular schedule as needed.
