Lead Production Associate

Lead Production Associate to guide and support kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency across cooks, mixers, packagers, and rovers. Responsibilities include managing workflow, schedule development with GM/AGM, leading by example, maintaining proper food preparation and critical control points, and performing shifts in cooking and packaging areas. Skills include team leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, basic kitchen operations, accuracy and speed, organizational abilities, sanitation and safety adherence.
