Job Summary
Lead Product Technology responsibilities include defining strategy and technical roadmap for rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements; acting as the voice of the customer and providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology, CX solutions, billing and POS systems, and provisioning tools; designing automated system details, leading Agile/SAFe programs, creating epics and user stories, coding and testing, and coordinating with Architecture and Engineering to manage cross-platform dependencies. The role requires partnering with tech and business stakeholders to onboard AT&T Business products to modern platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow), guiding trade-offs between time, cost, and tech debt, performing UAT, and driving multi-year platform modernization initiatives while delivering scalable integrations and updates across enterprise applications. The position sits in Dallas, TX, with a focus on cross-functional leadership, hands-on development, and evangelizing best practices in software delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or foreign equivalent
- six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation leading platform modernization programs through transformation efforts, utilizing API frameworks for integrations and roadmapping multi-year programs
