Job Summary
Lead Product Software Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying reliable, scalable software; actively participating in Agile planning, code reviews, and sprint demos; leading architectural discussions and mentoring developers; maintaining alignment with business priorities and delivering on management expectations. Must stay technically hands-on, contribute to backend performance improvements, integrate local systems into international environments, participate in backlog refinement, solve incidents, and adapt to new technologies. Strong collaboration and English communication skills, and the ability to work in a distributed, multicultural environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry with 3+ years of experience as technical team lead
- Experience in agile teams using Java 8, Spring, REST webservices and different kind of datastores
