Lead Product Marketing Manager, Solo Agents & Small Teams

Job Summary
Own the marketing strategy and client-facing narrative for solo agents and small team operators, defining audience messaging and orchestrating launches that drive new bookings and expansion revenue. Track competitive dynamics, conduct audience research, and translate market intelligence into actionable strategy for the client organization. Develop segment-specific brand positioning, author case studies, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent client-facing communication. Lead product launch strategy by supporting the development lifecycle, managing creative bill of materials, and coordinating cross-functionally across product management, demand generation, sales, and the Bureau. Partner with analytics and sales to develop pricing strategies tailored to solo and small-team economics, testing hypotheses and scaling strategies for buyer lead products. Work three or more days in-office to collaborate with a diverse team of experts.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B or B2B2C product marketing experience
- preferably in Real Estate technology or enterprise SaaS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex product portfolios into clear, differentiated messaging for entrepreneurial and SMB audiences
- Experience owning end-to-end GTM launches: from positioning through creative briefing and campaign performance review
- Strong analytical mindset
