Job Summary
Lead go-to-market strategy and launch execution for Agent CLI, AI Connectors, and other general builder products in partnership with product leadership. Define messaging for HubSpot's emerging builder persona and develop launch assets, enablement materials, and campaign content to reach non-traditional builders and AI-assisted users. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and usage data to refine strategy and accelerate adoption outcomes. Support builder-focused events and launch moments while partnering with Agent Builder PMM on messaging across HubSpot, Custom, and External Agents. Measure product adoption and gather customer insights to improve ecosystem growth and API monetization.
Required Qualifications
- High ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience leading product marketing strategy and launches for SaaS or platform products.
- Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging for new or evolving product categories.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify technically complex concepts for business audiences.
- Experience building go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong executive storytelling, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and scale marketing operations — this role is for someone who builds this way themselves.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or automation tools.
- Experience marketing products for builders, or both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience supporting monetization, marketplaces, or ecosystem growth initiatives.
- Experience with developer platforms, APIs, AI products, or ecosystem strategies.
