Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for Tekion CRM at scale, owning end-to-end lifecycle of core CRM capabilities that power lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships. Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap; drive adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction; collaborate with GTM and Customer Success to translate features into dealer value; act as voice of the customer to inform product decisions; use data and KPIs to prioritize investments and guide iteration post-launch; lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success; design scalable, configurable solutions that work across dealership sizes, regions, and OEM requirements; mentor and elevate other Product Managers; balance speed with quality and ensure sustainable platform thinking.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products
- 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing Product Managers
- Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution
- Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Strong business acumen with ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to align stakeholders across functions
- Hands-on product leader with strong judgment and bias for action
- End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including post-launch iteration
- Experience building scalable systems and processes
- Preferred Skills: AI/ ML product management experience
- Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/ OEM data.
