Job Summary
Lead Product Manager-Technical for the Gen AI and agentic capabilities within the Payment Reconciliation Intelligence program. Own strategy and roadmap, translating customer needs into valuable products and solutions, while partnering with engineering, data science/AI, and platform/COE teams to ensure architecture quality, safety, observability, and successful delivery. Manage PRDs, backlog, story writing, dependencies, and release planning; work with Customer Experience for features with maximum client value; lead user research and experimentation to validate use cases, accuracy, and business impact; support go-to-market and customer enablement through demos, documentation, and training; mentor junior product managers and align cross-functional stakeholders globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration to deliver products and features
- Experience leading user research, discovery, and experimentation to validate use cases and business impact
- Excellent execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Desirable: AI know-how, Gen AI and agentic use cases experience in payments domain
