Job Summary
Own product strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple iGaming brands in Tier-1 markets. Lead the Product team by setting clear goals, defining priorities, and driving improvements from registration through withdrawals. Analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities, monitor competitor trends, and collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Analytics, and Technical teams. Work directly with SOFTSWISS and third-party providers to enhance the full player journey. This leadership role combines product strategy, commercial ownership, and team management for FireMinds Tech, which empowers domain-savvy experts to turn ideas into measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within iGaming
- Previous experience as a Senior / Lead Product Manager or Product Lead
- Hands-on experience with the SOFTSWISS ecosystem
- Strong understanding of online casino products and the full player lifecycle
- Good knowledge of key product and commercial metrics
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
