Lead Product Manager - Registries

Job Summary

Own the strategic north star of the registries product, authoring narratives to gain executive buy-in and delivering ambitious roadmaps that expand market share across public, private, and international sectors. Lead go-to-market execution for new features, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, interoperable solutions are delivered on time while maintaining a minimal backlog of ready work. Serve as the domain subject matter expert, conducting market and competitor research to document relative positioning, growth opportunities, and third-party solution assessments. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing customer needs through design-thinking and end-to-end user journey mapping. Track product ROI and key performance indicators aligned with business unit objectives, authoring compelling business cases for the executive audience. Collaborate with sales to enable pitches and support implementation teams with accurate product collateral.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK
  • Documentary evidence will be required
  • This role will require UK Security Clearance
  • Proven SaaS Product Manager with demonstrable value delivered
  • Delivered AI/data products
  • Experience across agile, scaled agile and waterfall delivery
  • Healthcare sector

Desired Qualifications

  • No particular qualifications are mandatory, although degree level+ or equivalent certifications in a product, project management, business or technical related disciplines would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!)
  • Scaled a product internationally
  • Working with AI to improve your efficiency and working with an AI enabled development team
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter (written, in person, and online)
