Lead Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

Job Summary

Own Lirio's decisioning and orchestration capabilities as products, defining how behavioral and AI-driven intelligence becomes coordinated, personalized interventions across existing channels. Envision and deliver the platform strategy that shapes the company's position in the healthcare market, translating behavioral science and AI into scalable product requirements. Lead the build-out of integrations with partner platforms, EHRs, HIEs, and digital experience systems, driving technical fit and prioritizing requirements through delivery. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, and Client Success to align teams around the product roadmap and make sound architectural trade-offs. Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI into every stage of the product lifecycle. Mentors product managers and serves as a trusted senior voice to clients and executives. Requires 7+ years of product experience; no sponsorship authorized. First week onsite in Tennessee with travel expenses paid.

Required Qualifications

  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • This is a remote role with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee
  • New colleagues will spend their first week onsite at one of our offices in Tennessee

  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience
  • Ownership of complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or other technically sophisticated products
  • Demonstrated success setting strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, navigating product and architectural trade-offs, and delivering scalable capabilities across clients or markets
  • Proven track record of leading complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery with measurable impact on adoption, scalability, and business outcomes
  • Strong product fundamentals: discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-driven prioritization, success metrics, and using data to validate assumptions and demonstrate impact
  • Strong systems thinking and decision-making rigor, with the ability to reason across interconnected platforms, data, and integrations, weigh trade-offs against evidence, and make sound calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
  • Proven ability to set technical product direction that is adopted across multiple teams, influencing without direct authority
  • Strong communicator who distills complex technical ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives
  • Does not need to write production code, but must be comfortable understanding system architecture, integration patterns, data models, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints
  • Skilled negotiator who can challenge assumptions and push back on competing demands while keeping stakeholders aligned around the best product decision
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of the healthcare market and buyers (payers, providers, employers, retail health)
  • Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare platforms, interoperability, or applied AI
  • Preferred technical experience may include REST APIs, Model Context Protocols and other integration patterns; healthcare data and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy, or claims data); cloud-based and event-driven platforms; data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, and measurement; identity, consent, privacy, and preference management; and enterprise scalability, reliability, observability, and security
  • Preferred: healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences experience
  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled or intelligence products
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, or regulated environments
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
