Job Summary
Lead Product Manager in Product Management — Data Analytics responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for analytics and data products powering decision-making across Ad Sales. Requires hands-on leadership with fluency in data engineering concepts, relational modeling, AI/ML applications, and enterprise analytics platforms; will translate complex business needs into scalable data products, build data pipelines, AI/ML models, and BI solutions; lead cross-functional initiatives, govern data quality and privacy, and drive adoption through self-service capabilities. Responsibilities span product strategy, solution delivery, program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership; 12+ years in technical product management and 7+ years with modern data stacks; strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with BI/Analytics tooling; hybrid work arrangement with four days in-office weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in Technical Product Management with deep experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, or BI products end-to-end
- 7+ years hands-on experience with modern data stacks—including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, AWS/Azure, dbt
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge (Star/Snowflake, dimensional modeling)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Looker)
- Experience with AI/ML workflows in analytics products
- Experience in Ad Tech and Ad Sales ecosystems including identity, audience data, measurement, forecasting, and campaign analytics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executives
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with architects, engineers, and data scientists
