Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for consumer lending at Varo, owning the vision, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle of digital lending products (e.g., Personal Loans, Lines of Credit). Drive roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering, Credit Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing, conduct market/customer analyses, define KPIs, ensure risk and regulatory compliance, and lead features and experiments (including A/B testing) to optimize underwriting and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in consumer lending or FinTech
- Proven success in launching and growing digital lending products
- Deep understanding of the consumer lending lifecycle, credit risk principles, and risk analytics
- Experience working with engineering and data teams in an agile environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
