Job Summary
Own the multi-year product strategy for Félix's lending platform, defining how bank integrations, loan management systems, and underwriting components evolve to power multiple credit products at scale. Make core architectural decisions on reusable capabilities versus custom builds, driving direction for the loan management system and partner integrations while collaborating with engineering, risk, and compliance teams. Lead cross-functional efforts to expose lending capabilities for consumption, representing the company in technical and commercial conversations with external sponsors and vendors. Establish planning and documentation discipline to support a matrixed, multi-product lending organization.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management
- 3-4 years building or integrating reusable infrastructure components in regulated financial services—lending, cards, banking, or payments
- Experience building products from 0-1
- Demonstrated systems thinking
- Deep fluency in how financial systems integrate: APIs, event-driven architectures, ledgers, and third-party platforms
- Direct experience owning build-vs-buy decisions for core financial infrastructure
- Experience working inside or alongside a regulated environment—sponsor-bank relationships, compliance functions, or bank partnerships
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership
- Fluent English
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model out of Miami, or to travel frequently to Miami and to México City
- Miami-based
