Job Summary
Own product-led growth across the consumer app by building frameworks that route users and prioritize journeys for graduation and enterprise value. Lead and orchestrate heads of product areas to align on shared growth hypotheses, then design and run A/B tests to drive activation, conversion, retention, and cross-product adoption. Define the end-to-end funnel from first touch through repeat engagement, balancing quality versus speed to maximize share of wallet and monetization. By day 90, deliver initial tests moving key metrics with a roadmap the team is aligned behind. Partner deeply with leaders of Cash Advance, Everyday Money, Line of Credit, and Credit Card products to deliver best-in-class experiences across the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Lead and orchestrate the heads of our different product areas
- Aligning them on the opportunities and on the growth frameworks everyone builds against
- Setting the thesis, running the experiments, and making the calls on what we build to move activation, conversion, retention, and cross-product adoption
- Making the judgment call on quality versus speed
- Defending which mode you're in
- Starting from the user
- Forming sharp hypotheses about why people do and don't move through the product
- Validating them with research and experiments before we build
- Strong analytics
