Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for Food search and personalization at Grab. Own end-to-end discovery and recommendations roadmap, lead AI-driven personalisation evolution (including LLM-assisted search), and build the next generation of search/personalisation experiences for Grab’s Food Deliveries. Serve as a high-ownership individual contributor; partner with ML engineers and data scientists; bridge cross-functional teams across Beijing and Singapore to deliver measurable consumer and business outcomes, driving improved discovery, relevance, and conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent) with a track record of owning high-scale systems (e.g., search, recommendations, marketplaces)
- Strong Product + Quant Orientation: data-driven strategy, rigorous experiments, and trade-offs across conversion, relevance, and marketplace health
- AI Tool Fluency: experience using AI tools to analyse, prototype, and accelerate decisions; understanding of where LLMs add value in search/recommendation systems
- Technical Communication: ability to convey complex concepts (ranking logic, relevance algorithms, system architecture) to diverse audiences
- Search / recommendation experience: proven ability to drive outcomes in search retrieval, ranking, optimization, and recommendations
- Global Collaboration: experience working with distributed teams across geographies; English as working language
- Leadership skills to align cross-functional teams between tech hubs (Beijing and Singapore) and regional stakeholders
