Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for Grab’s Food search and personalization, owning end-to-end discovery and recommendations roadmap and driving LLM-powered personalization improvements. Partner with data science and ML engineering to evolve models and signals powering search algorithms, translating model improvements into measurable consumer and business outcomes. Lead cross-border product strategy and execution bridging Beijing and Singapore, aligning with regional stakeholders to improve search relevance, conversion, and user experience across food deliveries and dining-out products.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of product management experience (or equivalent)
- experience owning high-scale systems (e.g., search, recommendations, marketplaces)
- AI tool fluency and experience using AI tools to shape decisions
- ability to translate complex concepts like ranking logic and system architecture to various audiences
- strong cross-functional and cross-border collaboration skills
- experience working with distributed teams and stakeholders in multiple geographies
- strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- experience with search/recommendation systems and metrics to drive outcomes
- experience leading roadmap and end-to-end ownership for a domain (food search discovery and recommendations)
