Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for the Trading Domain in the Global Sportsbook & Trading Team. Drive the long-term product strategy for the domain under the Head of Product, coordinate across Trading, Delivery, and Technology peers, and ensure alignment with Flutter’s objectives. Own an OKR-led program across teams, identify and evaluate new product opportunities from customer insights and market trends, and oversee product performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve customer outcomes. Lead complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery, mentor other Product Managers, and champion best practices within the product community. Requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, ability to simplify complex problems, data-driven mindset, facilitation skills, and experience with in-house development teams. AI experience with tools like Claude Code or Cursor is noted as a match. Location: Porto, Portugal.
